Nutrition Coaching Service Breakdown

Consutations (free)

Consultations are between 15 and 20 minutes. During your consultation I will get general information about you and your goals. We will discuss your lifestyle around nutrition and the challenges or barriers that may be holding you back from achieving your health and wellness goals.

After the consultation, if you decide to proceed with a session(s), I will send you a dietary assessment and client questionnaire and we will get to work on formulating a plan to help you move more smoothly towards your goals.

Sessions – sessions are about 45 minutes to an hour in length

Coaching sessions are an essential service/feature because this is where we get to talk all about you, your lifestyle and mindset around nutrition, as well as where you are trying to implement change. These sessions are the next step after I have reviewed your dietary assessments and questionnaire – between the initial consultation and the first session.

Nutrition coaching session talking points are listed below:
  • Client Goals
    • Why these goals are important to you
  • What are the challenges you are facing when trying to achieve your nutrition goals
  • Ways to overcome those barriers
  • Your eating habits/patterns; your food preferences, time, and budget (this will help me give the best advice that is unique to you)
  • You mindset around nutrition
  • Any other additional nutrition-related information

Check-Ins – between 20 and 30 minutes

Check-ins are important for helping you stay motivated and reminded of why you are organizing and prioritizing your nutrition choices to help you meet your goals. It is a reminder of why you are making these healthy changes in your life. Check-ins will also be a time to reflect on how you are adhering to the nutrition coaching, and if there are any changes that need to be made to help you overcome barriers and challenges you may be facing. During these sessions, I will also answer any nutrition and wellness-related questions as well.

Nutrition Plan – up to a weeklong, includes meal options and healthy recipes

The LLW meal plan is one that we will build together. It will be personalized to your food preferences, budget, and schedule/routine. We will discuss each of these factors before putting together a meal plan for you. We can work together on your meal plan, or I can put it together and I present it to you for approval– we will then discuss how I designed it and why I chose certain foods. We can also alter it to better complement the factors mentioned above, and you can even swap different recipes in and out on different days of the week. My meal plans are merely a suggestion, not a nutrition prescription, that needs to be followed exactly. The goal is to give you an understanding of healthy eating that works around your unique lifestyle for the long term.
